In part one of this story eight year old Tommy Tucker has been

abducted on his way home from school.

Tommy is the tenth little boy to go missing from the Coffs Harbour

area.

None of the other boys has been seen since.

Tommy has been taken to a farm house in the hinterland.

Where he is held captive in an old mine shaft.

About the same size as a small bathroom.

He is chained by his ankle to an steel pole.

With a small bucket for a toilet and an old lantern hanging on the

wall provides the only light.

Up in the farm house his abductor is staring into space.

He is really hoping that this boy is the one.

For three years he has searching for a replacement son.

He lost his own son to cancer.

And since that time he has been looking for a Simon lookalike.

This boy thought that he could deceive him.

And for that he will die down in the hole.

He looks out to his fields to where he has buried the other nine

boys.

Now he will have to dig a hole for another one.

Part Two.

Tommy has been held captive for three days now.

His abductor has given him very little food.

And only a few cupfuls of water.

And even though he hasn’t had much to eat he has visited the

bucket a few  times.

Now it is really starting to smell.

Tommy misses his mummy all he wants to do is go home.

His abductor isn’t at the farmhouse.

He is out in his car trolling the streets for another Simon.

It has only been three days since he  abducted the boy down in the

hole.

His needs are getting stronger.

But all he has found so far is little deceivers who pretend to be Simon.

Now those deceivers are buried out in his fields.

All except one.

He is just about to head on home when he spots a Simon lookalike up

ahead riding a skateboard.

He pulls alongside the kid and yells out the window ‘Simon get into the car

right now’.

The kid tells him that his name isnt Simon and that he must  be confusing him

for another kid.

‘Get in the car right now i am your father’

The boy notices the crazy look on the mans face and tries to back away.

But he isn’t quite quick enough and he is dragged in through the window

of the car and pushed to the floor.

‘Why do these little deceivers try to trick me ?

‘They pretend to be Simon and force me to do bad things.’

Soon they both arrive at the farm house.

The kid has no idea what is happening as he is led into the backyard

Where the crazy man pulls away a sheet of iron.

And he is told to climb down.

The abductor follows the boy down into the shaft ‘Jesus what is that smell?’

Tommy points at the bucket ‘Sorry mister’

The abductor lets out a curse of disgust ‘For fuck sake i will be right back’

Tommy tells the new kid’Quick climb out and go and get help’

But the kid is frightened out of his wits ‘I cant the crazy man will kill me’

Tommy cant believe it ‘Okay see that lantern over there grab it and bring it

over here’

The new kid grabs the lantern and hands it to Tommy.

Tommy puts the lantern on the floor near them.

But not too close.

He just hopes that the abductor doesn’t notice.

They hear the sound of the iron cover being moved.

Than the abductor appears with a new clean bucket.

But no food or water.

Than he chains the new kid to the pole and leaves without saying

a word.

Thank Christ the whack job didn’t notice that the lantern had been moved.

Because has come up with a brilliant plan of escape.

He grabs the lantern and takes off the glass cover and holds the binding

chain over the flame.

‘God i hope this works’ But after half an hour nothing seems to be happening

Than slowly but surely the chain becomes red hot.

Tommy turns to the new kid ‘When the chain breaks i will go and get help so

just sit tight’

The new kid is hysterical ‘If the crazy man comes back and finds you gone he will

kill me for sure’

Tommy knows that the new kid is right ‘Okay hold your chain near the flame but don’t

get your hands too close’

The abductor has been busy as well.

He is out in his field digging two small swallow graves.

It takes a lot of work but it has to be done.

The sooner that those two deceivers are in the ground the better.

Tommy is keen to make a run for it ‘Quick before the man comes back’

The new kid knows that he is holding Tommy back.

But with a sudden twang the chain snaps.

They both jump up and down all excited now to get the fuck out of here.

They race to the ladder and start to climb.

But than they hear the sound of the cover being removed.

Tommy whispers ‘Quick go back to where you were and hold your hands

behind your back so the crazy man cant see that we are free’

Both boys sit on the ground and try to look nonchalent.

The abductor climbs down the ladder with a bag full of food.

‘I have been to MacDonald’s and bought some burgers and fries

Even the condemned get to eat a final meal’

Than the abductors mobile phone begins to ring ‘For fuck sake what now?

Okay i will be there yes i know that it is important Bye’

Than the abductor notices the lantern on the floor ‘How did that get there?’

Tommy pipes up ‘You left it there when you changed the shit bucket’

The abductor looks at Tommy with steely eyes.

Then he bends and hangs the lantern back on the wall.

And with one last look at the boys he is gone.

Tommy cant believe it.

The abductor has left his mobile phone behind.

Tommy grabs the phone and dials triple 000 and as calmly as he can he tells

the dispatcher who he is and the location as best as he knows.

The dispatcher tells Tommy to put the phone back where he found it but leave

it switched so the police can use it to track there location.

At police headquarters tells detectives Coverdale and Hughes about the phone call.

Finally they have a breakthrough the phone call has been traced to a farm house

in the Coffs Harbour hinterland.

And twenty police officers race to the scene.

At the farm house Tommy and the new kid decide that it is now or never.

So they climb the ladder and push the iron cover aside.

Tommy is surprised to see the daylight he has grown used to the dark.

He and the new kid take in their surroundings and look for the whack job.

Than they race as fast as they can down the long driveway.

At that moment the abductor is looking out to the killing fields.

When he sees the two boys running towards freedom.

And after screaming a few obscenities he takes off after them.

Both boys are only halfway down the driveway when they hear foot steps

behind them.

They have a quick scared look behind them.

And they know that they will never make it.

The abductor grabs both boys by the scruff of the neck and starts to drag

them back towards the farm house.

But than ten police cars turn into the driveway.

The abductor is caught like a deer in the headlights.

To stunned to move.

The police fan out.

And detective Coverdale screams at him to let the boys go.

The abductor knows that he is done for as he looks at the police with

their guns drawn.

So he comes to a decision.

If he cant see Simon in this life he will see him in the afterlife.

He kisses both Tommy and the new kid goodbye.

And runs straight toward the police reaching behind for his gun.

BANG BANG BANG the abductor falls to the ground a bloody heap.

And he has died with a smile on his face.

Maybe he will see Simon again in a better place.

The Year is 2003 and Eight Year Old Tommy Tucker

is getting ready for School.

But it is taking Him forever to Comb His Hair and Tie

His Shoe Laces.

So now He is Running late.

He Kisses His Mummy Goodbye.

Then He races out of the Front Door

Maybe He can still catch the School Bus.

The Bus Stop is just around the Corner.

But when He reaches the Corner.

He Sees the Bus Disappearing up the Road

Tommy Jumps up and down waving His Arms about.

But it is no use the Bus keeps on going.

Tommy turns back towards Home.

Surely Mummy can take Me to School?

‘Hey Kid do You wont a lift to School?’

Tommy spins around at the Sound of the Voice.

Twenty Feet away a large Black Ford is Idling at the Kerb

A Hand is Waving Tommy over.

Tommy slowly approaches the Car.

He has heard all about Stranger Danger.

So He doesn’t get too close.

Tommy starts to reach for the Door Handle

Then He steps back.

He looks at the Driver again.

He looks Friendly enough just like His Daddy.

And He did promise Billy Baxter that They would Play

Handball before Class.

‘Your Mummy sent Me to take You to School

She knew You wouldn’t make the Bus

Jump in and i will have You there in Twenty Minutes’

So Tommy Tucker gets into the Car.

The Driver cant believe His Luck

This Boy looks a lot like His Son Simon.

Simon His lovely Son who Died Three Years ago

This Boy will be the perfect replacement

Tommy is looking out of the Window.

And He is pretty sure that They are going the Wrong way

Then He looks over at the Driver and He Cringes in Fear

The Driver is pointing a Knife His way.

‘Just Sit there and keep Your Mouth Shut and i wont Hurt You

I am Your new Daddy and You are My replacement Son

Sit tight and We will be Home soon.

Tommy is scared out of His Mind

His Mummy will realise that He didnt go to School

And She will be Mad.

And Billy Baxter will Think that He Ckickened out of Hand Ball

After a long Drive They arrive at a Farm in the Coffs Harbour

Hinterland.

The Driver drives up a long Winding Driveway.

Home Sweet Home

Tommy is too scared to Run

He is dragged inside and Tied to the Kitchen Table

His Abductor makes Him a Sandwich and Pours Him a Drink

Then He just Stands there watching Tommy Eat.

He cant believe how much like Simon He is.

This could be the One

He is really Feeling pleased with Himself

But than He has a second look

And He notices some slight differences

This Boys Nose is a bit longer

His Teeth are a bit Crooked

And His Hair isnt quite the Same

The little Bastard is trying to Trick Me.

Tommy is Backhanded across the Face

‘You Thought You could Fool Me

But You arent My Son

What have You done with Simon?’

Tommy doesn’t understand what the Crazy Man is Talking

about

And Who in the Hell is Simon?

Tommy is untied and Dragged Outside by the Hair

He is taken into the Backyard where the Abductor moves a

couple of Bricks holding down a Sheet of Corrugated Iron

Exposing a Metre Round Hole.

Tommy is told to Climb on down

Than the Abductor follows Him down

When Tommy touches Ground He finds Himself in a Old Mine Shaft

About the Size of a Small Bathroom

Tommy is Chained to a Steel Pole by the Ankle

With nothing but a Bucket for a Toilet

And a Old Lantern hanging on the Wall.

‘This is Your Punishment for trying to Deceive Me

I will bring You some Water Tomorrow

Dont Worry this is only Your Temporary Tomb

Once You have Died i will Bury You out in the Fields with

the Others’

‘Others?’

Tommy Hangs His Head and starts to Cry

He doesn’t want to Die down in this Shit Hole

Tommy Screams out for His Mummy but No One can Hear

The Abductor goes back Inside the Farmhouse and grabs

a Beer from the Fridge

Than He goes out to the Verandah to Drink it

His Eyes Glaze over as He Looks out to to the Fields

He can You Tell You exactly where He has Buried the other Nine

Boys.

Back at Tommy’s House His Mummy is doing some Housework

when Her Phone Rings.

She is Shocked when Tommy’s  Head Mistress Tells Her that Tommy

didn’t arrive at School

‘Is He at Home Sick?’

Tommy’s Mothers Heart Sinks.

She knows deep down that something is horribly wrong

Tommy is a Good Boy He wouldn’t Run Away

So She does the only thing She can do

She Calls Triple 000

She is surprised when Two Detectives Knock on the Door

This cant be good

She invites Them in and offers Them a Seat

They Introduce Themselves as Detectives Coverdale and Hughes

And They ask if She has a recent Photo of Tommy

Detective Coverdale Looks at the Photo and He doesnt like what

He Sees

He explains to Mrs Thompson that They Work in Missing Persons.

Then He Goes on to Say that ‘At the Moment We are treating Tommy’s

Disappearance as a Runaway’

Than He Tells Mrs Thompson that over the Past Three Years

Nine Young Boys Have gone Missing from the Coffs Harbour Area

And They all bear a strong Resemblance to Tommy.

Mrs Thompson starts to Sob

‘Please Tommy just come Home

Mummy isnt Mad You havent done anything wrong

Just come Home’

Tommy is Struggling to come to Terms with the Situation.

But He know’s that He will have to find a way to Escape

Otherwise He will Die in this Hell Hole

Inside the Farmhouse the Abductor is Disappointed

He really thought that this Boy was the One

But He knows One thing He will never stop Looking for Simon

Then He has another look out to His Fields

He Stands there Staring into Space

Where will He Bury the Boy down in the Hole?

Will Tommy Survive?

Will He find a way to Escape?

If You wont to know the Answers to the Questions

You will have to come back and Read Part Two.

THE END

Rag Doll Part Two (Back From The Grave)

17 Sunday Apr 2016

abduction, chucky, murder, rag doll

In Part One.

My Daughter brought a Rag Doll Home

It was like a little Woollen Chucky.

It tried to Kill Me by laying on My Face while I slept.

But I pulled on the Wool and it unravelled in My Hands

I scooped up all of the Wool

Dug a deep hole in My Back Yard.

And I Buried that Rag Hole Three Feet Deep

But in the Morning the Hole was empty

And the Rag Doll was gone

My Daughter Cindy had named that Evil Doll Ragamuffin.

Cindy couldn’t find Ragamuffin anywhere

She didn’t know that I had Buried that Doll of hate

I said that maybe Ragamuffin was on the School Bus

waiting for Her.

Cindy ran to the Bus and I saw Her waving at Me from the

Rear Window.

Then She held up Ragamuffin who gave Me an Evil Grin.

That Satanic Doll is now on a Bus full of Kids.

Now to Part Two.

I run down the middle of the Road chasing that Bus.

But it is a futile exercise.

So with no Mobile Phone I race back Home to give the

School a call.

But what can I say?

‘My Daughter is on the way to your School along with

plenty of other Kids’

‘Oh and on board is the Devils Rag Doll’

‘The Rag Doll from Hell’

The Head Mistress would think I was a Nut Case.

A real Fruit Loop.

So I put the Phone down and go to the Garage.

Maybe I can catch that Bus.

After about Ten Minutes I am right behind a Yellow

School Bus.

But is this the right Bus?

There are Yellow School Buses everywhere.

But then that little Shit Ragamuffin appears at the

Rear Window.

And gives Me an evil Smirk.

Then it bends over and gives Me the Moon.

I don’t know if You have ever seen a Rag Dolls Arse?

But it isn’t a pretty sight.

OK Ragamuffin so You wont to play Games

Well alright lets get it on.

The the School Bus starts to weave all over the Road.

At one stage I thought it was going to flip over.

But the Driver gets it under control.

Then it comes to a stop.

I race to the School Bus Door.

But it doesn’t open.

And then I can see why.

The Drivers Hands are tied to the Steering wheel with

strands of Wool.

But then the Door slides open and My Daughter appears.

I tell Her to come to Daddy.

But She cant because Her Feet are bound with Wool.

Then that deranged Rag Doll appears at Her Ankles.

And it yells at Me to back off.

I have noticed that Ragamuffin looks a bit different.

Then I realise why.

It is missing most of its Wool

I sneak a look up the Aisle.

And I can see about Thirty Five terrified Children.

All of them are tied and bound with Wool.

I didn’t think that one little Rag Doll could contain

so much Wool.

Then I sneak another look.

And I think that Ragamuffin has grown Taller.

And where the Wool is missing from its Chest.

I can see Armour Plating.

That is all I need a Rag Doll built like Robo Cop.

Then before I can do anything the Doors close.

And the Bus pulls away.

I race back to My Car

But by the time I can pull into Traffic.

I am confronted by Ten Yellow School Buses.

Which one do I follow?

I don’t know what to do.

Then I decide that the best course of action is to call

the Police.

So I dial 911 and I tell the Operator that My Daughter and Thirty

Five other Kids have been abducted by a Madman.

I don’t mention the deranged Robo Cop Rag Doll.

A few Minutes later about Ten Police Cars arrive at the scene.

I tell them that the Kids are on a Yellow School Bus

And that they are all tied to their Seats.

And that so far no Ransom demands have been made.

One of the Cops tells Me to jump in the back of His

Squad Car.

Then We are off in hot pursuit.

We come up behind a School Bus.

And Ragamuffin appears at the Back Window.

In the Half Hour since I last saw that Mad Hatter Rag Doll

Ragamuffin has grown a Foot taller.

IT now looks like a Rag Doll come Robo Cop come Ninja Turtle.

The Cop in the Front Seat mutters ‘What in the Fuck?”

So I come clean

And I tell Him all about Ragamuffin.

And how it has turned into a Feral Woollen Chucky.

Then the Bus pulls to the Curb.

And Ragamuffin yells out that He will talk to Me and nobody

else.

So after discussing the situation with the Police.

I am suited up in Body Armour I make My way to the Bus.

I also have a Can of Butane and a Lighter in My Pocket.

As soon as I reach the School Bus the Door opens

And a gruesome sight awaits Me.

The Bus Driver has been Garrotted by a strand of Wool.

His Face is a Deep Purple colour.

And He has bitten right through His Tongue.

Then I walk on in

And halfway down the Aisle Ragamuffin is waiting

He holds up a Hand to tell Me to stop.

And then Ragamuffin speaks ‘Your Daughter is now Mine’

‘There is no stronger bond than a Girl and Her Doll’

While the crazy Doll has been talking I have Inched My way

forward.

I don’t know the Range of My Homemade Flamethrower.

So I Inch even closer.

Then I notice My Daughter sitting Three Seats back

Her Eyes are pleading for Help

Then I remember Cindy telling Me about the Schools

Earthquake Safety Plan.

When a Teacher calls out ‘Drop’

All Students are to fall to the ground and crawl into a Ball

I have Inched even closer

Than I tell that Crazy Deranged Child Stealing Rag Doll

‘There is a stronger Bond then a Girl and Her Doll”

‘And that is the Bond between a Father and Daughter”

Then I yell out Kids ‘Drop’

And they all hit the floor at once

And for a Second that Rag Doll is distracted

And that is all I need

I pull the Can of Butane from My Pocket

And I light it up.

And that Rag Doll disappears in a Ball of Flames.

And it Dies without a Sound

All of the Kids are safe and sound

And that is all that matters.

Cindy has had Nightmares for about Six Months

She refused to Sleep in Her own Bed

And to this Day She has never owned another Doll.

THE END.

Thanks for taking the time to read one of my stories and could you please make a donation so i can achieve my goal and become a fulltime writer, Thanks again Steven.
